Rene S. Trujillo was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and traveled to Santa Fe, New Mexico to attend the College of Santa Fe for about two years.
Rene found an opportunity to attend the School of the Art Institute of Chicago to complete the remainder of his undergrad education. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the spring of 2011. He later began Bachelors degree in Illustration at Columbia College.
Much of Rene's artwork follows an illustrated narrative in both fantasy and science fiction. Trying to tell a story in a single image.
