Terms of Service
I’m a freelance Illustrator who is excited to bring your project to life. Here is what you can expect from our experience together.
How the Agreement works:
Work begins when the deposit reaches me and is cleared. Clients must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian consent.
Payment terms
Every commission is unique, and pricing depends on the project’s size, style, level of detail, and estimated time. Commercial use is subject to a higher rate. A 50% deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Smaller projects require full payment upfront. Major revisions during the project may incur an additional charge; minor revisions are free.
Acceptable forms of payment
The only current forms of payment are PayPal and Stripe (USD). I do not accept checks, direct bank e-transfers, or other currencies.
Cancellation & Refund
I’m committed to completing your project. If I’m unable to do so, I’ll refund your payment. Once the sketching phase begins, the initial payment is non-refundable.
Communication
Clear communication is essential throughout the project. I’ll keep you updated with a weekly email as your artwork progresses.
Copyright & Usage Rights
I retain the copyright to the artwork I create. I reserve the right to post, watermark, and display the piece in my portfolio or on social media of my choosing. The client cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork. Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract.
Prohibitions
No artwork is allowed to be used for NFTs or AI training/scraping.
Source files
Once the artwork is complete and I receive final payment, I will deliver it as a PDF, JPEG, or, if needed, in a zipped folder. Larger files will be placed in Google Drive for download. PDFs are only available for commercial use.
